Our Produce
We are a niche supplier of Goat Meat in the southwestern part of Leicestershire England on the Bosworth Battlefield site. Our aim is to produce high welfare British reared meat with traceability from birth to your belly. Our meat is 100% Goat and we ensure our animals are cared for throughout their lives to the highest welfare standards which ensures our products are the best products on the market. We use a local family-run abattoir and butcher to process our meats to reduce food miles and create a sustainable business model.
Why Goat Meat?
Worldwide goat meat is consumed by the largest amount of people, with between 60-75% of the world’s population eating goat meat. It is often being described as a mixture between lamb and beef but a leaner alternative. Goat meat has high nutritional qualities, high protein, and low saturated fats and cholesterol, highlighting why it is popular worldwide. As illustrated below:

Our Goat Herd
We have a small herd of purebred Boer meat goats that we are increasing in herd size, currently, we are breeding with the Boer does and using the males in the meat sector. This local supply enables sustainable production of red meat for people’s diets.
