School Visits
We are driven to educate clients and the public through our outdoor education interactions covering age ranges from pre-school to Key Stage 3. We can host groups and schools to highlight how farming interacts with your daily life.
All visits are to be accompanied by one of the team and sessions need to be booked in advance. The sessions can be tailored depending on the groups’ requirements and will be delivered according you knowledge level.
All visits are free subject to confirmation
FaceTime a Farmer
As run by Linking Environment and Farming (LEAF) we are available for FaceTime a Farmer and is a regular, ten-minute Skype or FaceTime call between a farm and the classroom. It gives the opportunity for students to ask questions and reinforce the curriculum with real-life experiences. If this is something you would like to set up please get in contact.
Farm Box to Schools
If you are unable to visit our farm we would be more than happy to create a classroom experience for you. We would send you a ‘Farm Box’ relevant to your school class with practical points for you to talk through with the class.
Open Farm Sunday
To give the wider public access to agriculture the farm looks to participate in LEAFs Open Farm Sunday.
