Goat Curry

3hrs – Easy – 8 people

Ingredients:

700g shoulder goat diced, 1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 tin tomatoes – 100g ginger – 300ml stock – 1 tin mixed beans – herbs/ spices (1tsp thyme, 1tbsp chili flakes, 4tbsp curry powder)

Method:

  1. Peel, finely dice the onion, and add to pan on medium heat for 5-7mins
  2. Stir in crushed all herbs and spices and season
  3. Add goat meat and brown on a higher heat and season
  4. Add tomatoes, stock, and bring to a boil
  5. Then cover and simmer for 2 to 2.5hours until thick
  6. Add beans to heat through and serve and enjoy
