Goat Chops with Pears
30mins – Easy – 2 people

Ingredients:
4 kid goat chops, 1 mild chili, 1 cored pear and diced, olive oil, knob butter, 1tbsp of peanut butter.
Method:
- Heat frying pan until very hot and add the olive oil, when lightly smoking added the chops and cook until dark brown then turn and cook the other side until the same and remove and allow to rest
- Add a knob of butter then pour over the chops – these are best served pink.
- Place the remaining ingredients into the cooled pan, mix and toss until heated throughout.
- Pour over the chops and serve with green vegetables then enjoy
